Print Club
Mail is sent during the last week of each month. To receive the current month's print, please join by the 25th of the month. Orders placed after the 25th will be included in the following month's mailing. (For example, if you join between 1 and 25 March, your first print will ship during the last week of March. If you join after 25 March, your first print will be the April edition.) Once your order has been fulfilled, please allow up to 3 to 5 working days for UK delivery, and up to 7 to 10 or more working days for international delivery. If your envelope hasn't arrived after this time, please reach out at tenoviciartstudio@gmail.com or through the contact form.

Manage your membership →Your membership will automatically renew and be billed on the same date each month as your original subscription date.
To keep membership affordable, Whispers of Colours Mail Club orders are shipped using postage stamps and do not include tracking information.
The sign-up period closes on the 25th of each month. For example, if you sign up on or before 25 March, your first print will be the March edition. If you sign up after 25 March, your first print will be the April edition.
You can catch up on past monthly editions as catch-up prints. These are shipped at the end of each month, at the same time as the regular Whispers of Colours Mail Club mailing. Catch-up prints are sent in separate envelopes, so if you order both a subscription and catch-up prints, you will receive more than one item in your mail. If your catch-up prints do not arrive at the same time as your monthly mail, please allow a few extra days for delivery.

All sales are final. As each print is made to order, returns, exchanges or cancellations cannot be accepted.
Digital prints are digital files, not physical prints, so nothing is posted. After checkout you'll receive an email with a link to download your file, which comes with the rights to print it yourself, at home or at a print shop.
See the digital prints →Art prints are produced on demand and take approximately 7 to 9 working days to be printed and prepared for shipping. Original artworks ship within 1 week, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3 to 5 working days after shipping. International orders may take up to 7 to 10 days or more for delivery.
All payments are processed through secure systems that comply with PCI standards, HTTPS encryption, and industry best practices.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me at tenoviciartstudio@gmail.com with your name, order number, and photos of the issue. I will be happy to assist you.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office with your tracking number (found in your shipping confirmation). In many cases, packages are held at your nearest post office for collection.
